What are the best aspects of this product?

Gmail is the perfect platform to do your personal business communications and other internal office stuff. The integrations with other Google apps are awesome because the work became more seamless.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

I love Gmail and the only think that I think would make it better is if it becomes more like Outlook. I hope they would optimize it more for business use.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

Integrating all our business tools together is an advantage for our business.
