What are the best aspects of this product?

Gmail is the best in everything it does. The overall interface is just exceptional allowing you to have an easy look for the folders/categories which makes it more convenient to look for certain emails. I love that you can mark and label important emails and that you can chat with people real time via hangouts. These are all essential features that makes work easier.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

I hope they would optimize password recovery and improve on the ways in verifying your user identity.
