What are the best aspects of this product?

Gmail's interface is straightforward and easy to use. I can't believe we can get such services for free. I like the bulk emailing, the expandable storage space (for a fee!), its accessibility from any device and locations, its filtering functions, and blocking of unwanted messages!

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

We had a few experiences where in receiving and sending emails take time despite having a fast internet connection. There could also be mistakes in segregating emails into social, promotion, or spam.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

It's very beneficial to have your email accounts connected to other services such as Docs, Adsense, and Drive. We also didn't have to pay expensive fees in getting another email server and hiring another person to manage it.
