Good features, good tool!

What are the best aspects of this product?

Gmail keeps your emails organized. A well-organized email app helps you keep track of your work and communications. Accessing previous emails is so convenient. All the features are really useful if you choose to use it.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

Since there are tons of features, I think I'm not able to use it all. So it would be better if there are more materials availble to help users utilize these other features.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

It's really helpful when you need to backtrack your previous communications for documentation purposes. Really there's no better way to organize your emails!
