What are the best aspects of this product?

I'm enjoying Gmail and Gsuite so much! Some great things about it: (1) email categorization and labeling; (2) real time chatting with users; and (3) collaboration with other users! I love that it prioritizes emails from individual people instead of lumping it with automated emails.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

Switching to IMAP to Gsuite was a bit challenging for us. I also experienced some glitches when switching from one user to another.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

Gmail simplified our internal and external communication. Responding is more faster now. We're able to save a lot of time because of the optimization of Gmail.
