What are the best aspects of this product?

Gmail is well-developed software for your emailing and communication needs. It's easy to use and has so many great features such as predictive text and real-time chats!

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

I wish I could categorize email threads and put them in the side panel. I'm also a bit worried about putting all my information within Gmail knowing that the whole Google company could have access to it.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

This provided a safe and convenient platform to communicate with our employees and clients around the globe.
