The most organized emailing app!

What are the best aspects of this product?

I love everything about Gmail! Its ease of use, accessibility, and simplicity. But my favorite feature is the chat feature because it allows me to speak with a person real time when they're online anyway, instead of emailing.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

It doesn't have a pop up notification when you're online using laptops/desktop.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

Communicating with different people at work is easier now and more convenient.
