Gmail is definitely the best emailing tool out there. It's reliable, simple, straightforward, and intuitive. The mailbox is easy to customize! And organizing your emails is really convenient with the labeling and color coding options.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

Forwarding an email thread can be tricky because you don't have a way to know how many messages from the thread will be forwarded. It would also stop notifying for some reason.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

For a person receiving hundreds of email everyday, the lableing and the color coding have been so useful to keep things organized! I'm able to manage and handle mountains of email so conveniently.
