Attractive reports that will impress your clients

What are the best aspects of this product?

We needed a platform that could be implemented quickly to provide reports for our employee recognition and survey application. We had limited resources, but the vendor’s implementation team helped us get started quickly and ensured our success. We were generating reports within weeks using the easy to use and attractively designed dashboards. The features I like the most are filtering capabilities, ease of printing, flexibility of permissions, and the ability to create attractive reports.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

It is easy to create reports quickly, but the ETL process can be difficult and you need knowledge about how it works as well as guidance from the vendor to understand the details.
