Extremely robust platform

What are the best aspects of this product?

GoodData is an ideal platform for both data engineers and end users. It offers solid tools and data infrastructure for data engineers and a user-friendly interface for end users. We have been able to implement almost all use cases/features with this app. The vendor provides excellent support for implementation and post-implementation usage. You can easily integrate GoodData with other enterprise platforms using the Single Sign On feature.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

I wish the vendor adds tools for automated project restores and backups, and user provisioning. You can do these through APIs, but I hope GoodData includes an official tool for these tasks.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

Our business goes through multiple distinct channels including e-commerce channels, pharmacies, third party service providers, and wholesalers in various geographies. Before using GoodData, we were not getting useful insight on our commercial operations and performance. GoodData offers us relevant and updated role-based info and insight every day. We use the data it offers to support our operations and decision making.
