What are the best aspects of this product?

GoodData has made BI accessible even to lay users. We initially tried this app for dashboarding and then found it can be used for more sophisticated analysis and modeling. The system is easy to set up, and the vendor constantly enhances the product and provides excellent support as well. GoodData has now become an important part of our business ecosystem.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

Previously, GoodData did not offer many built-in statistical features, but the vendor has since rectified the drawback.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

GoodData offers us a unified dashboard for our global marketing needs. We have a sophisticated digital marketing ecosystem that has more than 50 different apps. GoodData offers a unified view of KPIs from these different systems which is a big help for our marketers. Plus, you can access the data within Salesforce which is a great help for our sales reps.
