I love that GoodData is flexible and easy to use. In fact, it can be used easily even by non-technical people. GoodData is our strategic partner and they provide top notch customer support to resolve our issues.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

I don’t have any complaints as most of the important development areas are covered in the roadmap provided to partners by the vendor.

GoodData helps to convert complex and large data sources into easy-to-read and interactive dashboards. The helps our large base of non-technical users to use the business critical info easily and quickly to drive ROI as well as business enhancement.
