The user interface is easy to use and you can customize it to get the metrics you need and present them in an easily readable manner. The software also offers dynamic visuals and the customer support is excellent.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
We used to have a few problems, but their tech support provided prompt help. Now, everything is working fine. Since the app is cloud-based, the vendor needs to ensure processes are run tightly and efficiently. Therefore, GoodData needs to assist with a few ETL changes.
What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?
We wanted to have a system that gave us a good data representation of our pipeline and sales data. GoodData solves this issue efficiently and our senior managers like its visual display and how easy it is to send dashboards and reports via email. To top it all, GoodData works wells within Salesforce.com.
