As a business owner, using GoodData gives you an edge in your industry by providing all the essential data to help support your business needs. The dashboard is organized and easy to understand, plus all the information obtained helps give you a powerful insight regarding different things.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

I've been trying to create some new metrics and KPIs using MAQL. At first, I thought that it was easy, but I was wrong. I need to watch more tutorial videos to get the hang of it. Aside from that, I don't have any outstanding issues with the product.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

It is easier for us to research, retrieved, and interpret data into great visuals. I can now create dashboards and share them with my team for continuous collaborations.
