What are the best aspects of this product?

I am a non-IT user who uses GoodData to configure dashboards and reports for the sales team. It is easy to create dashboards and reports once the data is available in the system. The app offers engaging and interactive visualizations which are a big help for our sales reps.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

I’m a lay user and would therefore appreciate if there were more drag & drop and point & click configurations to make things easy. To be fair, the vendor has begun to address this issue of late.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

GoodData helps us crunch huge volumes of data and get insights that sales rep can understand easily. Plus, senior employees can dive deeper to gain more revealing insights. These insights are helpful to boost the efficiency of our sales team.
