What are the best aspects of this product?

I love many aspects of GoodData. The first is agility which means I don’t have to be concerned about the device or browser my clients use to consume their data, or about the data source I use in the system. Second, I can create my reports in such a way that average users can dive deeply into the data as well as print dashboards for easy sharing.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

Currently, the app lacks sophisticated predictive features. However, I‘ve seen this capability in the product roadmap so I hope the vendor makes it a reality soon in the system.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

We use GoodData to boost the work of our analytics team. We use cloud reporting which enables our analysts to glean deeper insights from the data.
