What are the best aspects of this product?

There are plenty of features that I like about GoodData. The BYOR (build your own reports) feature is suitable for the needs of entry level analysts and also offers senior level analysts all the requisite tools to analyze and present high level data.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

A couple of elements could be improved I think. The interface to build metrics can be improved for pure coding. Plus, I want to see more screen real estate and the ability to create dashboards in landscape mode.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

GoodData offers the following advantages: Its drill features make data analysis and research easy, report performance is very fast, and finally, our end users can create their own dashboards and reports.
