What are the best aspects of this product?
GoodData’s ServiceChannel Analytics provides deep insights to our clients who use them to manage their infrastructure around the world. The vendor keeps improving the product constantly and is open to fresh suggestions. To top it all, I simply love their customer support which is prompt and very helpful at all times.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
The app could be improved further. I would like to see improvement in project and user provisioning. Compulsory user filters should be set up. To make the dashboard more robust, there could be more flexibility in chart legends. A drillable feature can be added for geochart widgets. Finally, it would be great if we have the ability to switch an attribute from text to numbers in a single project.

The best part about GoodData is it takes large datasets and converts them into simple, visually appealing reports for our customers. Plus, our clients can use their own filter selections to pull reports which allows them to view data in the way they want.
