What are the best aspects of this product?

It would probably be useful if they really supported it.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

Pricing was misleading to the point of fraud. They gave the impression it would cost at most $50, but they charged $350 before I knew the first $50 had been spent.
At no time did they offer any suggestions, and only sent one report based on (as I recall) 16 impressions.

A month later, after I cancelled, they billed another $31, threatened me with collection, and falsely said their website would accept payment in installments.

What features/services would you like to see in future versions of this product?

Provide any kind of customer support. They provided no way to ask for advice about the service, and no contact information at all to dispute the bill. Their email message were sent from
adwords-noreply@google.com

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

None at all - unless it counts that wasting $381 means we'll never again be fooled into doing business with any part of Google.
