What are the best aspects of this product?

Google Ad is a big help in finding the right keywords to highlight in my ads. I can deploy our ads to a targeted populace, depending on age, size, gender, country, class, etc. The performance report is also very insightful.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

There is no doubt that Google Ad's price points are competitive, but I disapprove of how they market an offer for free but eventually ask you to pay a little during the subscription process.
