What aspects are problematic or could work better?
Customer service is in India and the absolute WORST.... Have a billing issue where a 3rd party app on shopify has billed us over $1700 in fraudulent charges for a campaign that is PAUSED... that would be clever google ad words ala Cleverppc who also does not reply to emails and the only phone number for them is in Spain but they have offices in San Francisco
What features/services would you like to see in future versions of this product?
a plan that doesnt not involve repeating my account number and email address times before I can even get them to answer a question like : mail for billing disputes....

None..zero...nada.... caused more issues than it helped and was absolutely worthless for conversions... meanwhile ebay has been amazing
