Google Analytics is great tool to track the users and to know whether they use your product or not

What are the best aspects of this product?

There are lot of things that I like about Google Analytics, such as: simple implementation, the information we get is understandable, clear and detailed, we get high amount of information about our audience like country, hardware, language; it has great reports that can be generated in different ways. Also, you can choose to pay for use if you have huge number of users, configure custom events. The information we get is in real time.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

I would like to use this software on other platforms like desktops and consoles.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

This software helped me to improve my games. I am able to track how many users are playing games, how many times they play them, is it for day, week or even month. I can see whether the game is simple for my users or not, so I can adjust the difficulty of the game. Whenever I implement new features I can see if my clients/players are using them or not. I don’t have to ask the players personally, I get all the information I need thanks to Google analytics.
