Google Analytics software is very helpful tool for those who run websites

What are the best aspects of this product?

Google analytic software is easy to implement and gives deep insight into the website I work on. When I log in I can see current visitors, their behavior, most visited pages, how long they stay on particular page, what page they open most and other important information. I use it to keep track of almost everything on my website. I am more confident in making changes to the website because I can compare data to the previous time, and I can see whether I have made some improvements or I’m still in the same place.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

If you don’t want to spend some time to learn GA, it can be overwhelming because of the data you will get from it. Once you learn how the system works, it can be fun and interesting.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

Within Analytics I can track goals, test different forms, images and test and to compare the results in order to see what works best. I can use the data to see which page and content is interesting for my visitors, how long they are on the page, their clicks and many other information. Thanks to this information I am able to solve huge problems of providing uninteresting contents. I am able to see what the readers want and I can immediately create the content to meet their needs.
