I have great experience with Google Analytics

What are the best aspects of this product?

What I love is that I can easily set up the analytics script without affecting the speed of the page loads. I can even use the Google’s knowledge base (and this is very helpful for capturing data about visitors) to integrate it with stats, so the website admins can understand the audience and they can easily plan the contents, features and products.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

I don’t have any complains about the product. But, my opinion about Google Analytics is that everything is centralized with google and they monitor people’s habits by using your site. I’m saying this because everyone has different and own view when it comes to the privacy, some may find this uncomfortable.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

When I started with my business, I wanted to know what kind of people are visiting my site and what they are searching for. Google Analytics allows us an insight into what users are doing/looking for when they visit competitor’s sites, and why the online visitors are not converted into customers, do they have some financial issues, and the ability to know how we can help them. We are able to provide contents that our visitors would like to read.
