What are the best aspects of this product?

I like that Google Analytics is constantly improving, they always work on the interface and make it more user-friendly. I love the metrics and dashboard that provide basic analysis. This is wonderful tool for tracking our audience.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

I have found out that the features like custom dimension or metrics, goal conversion configuration are advanced but they are not easy to manage.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

It provides us with intranet and internet metrics thanks to its Dashboard. We always know how many visitors we have and we get information about their behavior on our site.
