What are the best aspects of this product?

Google Analytics provides simple implementation and the dashboard is extremely easy to use and intuitive tool. You can even create various dashboards with different widgets. By doing this you can pick up one specific metric, a pie chart comparing metrics or even timeline of two metrics with the possibility to use different filters. You are able to track new medium and websites that are created for mobile device and mobile app.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

At first this software looks like complex table full of tools and huge amount of data, but once you learn how to use it, customize it then you will love this tool.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

I used GA to track the progress of our digital marketing campaigns, I was even able to track traffic website, clicks, which social campaigns was generating more viewers. It helped me to understand the audience so I can create professional and different segments.
