What are the best aspects of this product?

Very simple to use. It makes conversations a lot mroe efficient. The toolbar isn't as complicated or filled up with too much data. The software enabled me to interact with people outside work.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

Whenever I'm opening Chrome, the "Hangouts" function would seemingly open. There have been instances when I don't want that to open while surfing on the web. It irritates me everytime whenver the tool is being opened. It takes a long while to shut down the software.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

I've been interacting with personnel who are located outside teh office. I never had to use the software in resolving issues in my business. The upsides include having the ability to interact to family and friends. All the while keeping things productive and efficient with work.
