An efficient way to communicate with everyone I need to communicate with

What are the best aspects of this product?

All of my co-workers and most of my friends also utilize Hangouts. It's an easy, efficient way to communicate with everyone I need to communicate with during the work day.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

The only thing that I dislike about using Google Hangouts is that it makes it so easy to get distracted because everyone is using it.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

Being a remote employee, Google Hangouts allows me to participate in weekly team meetings and connect quickly and easily with all of my co-workers when the content of my conversation is formal enough for an email or phone call.
