Easier to access and keep track as well

What are the best aspects of this product?

I like that Google Calendar automatically creates a Hangout link for every event on the calendar, making it easy to find and access the video conference. I also like that it is in the same place as many other products I use, such as Gmail, Google Docs, and Drive. It makes it easier to access and keep track of them as well.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

A couple of times, my audio just didn't work, which also happened to other colleagues and clients. Usually the solution is to sign into a different browser or connect via your phone, which causes delays. Sometimes there are also problems with video cutting out, but I cannot tell if that is the office internet or Hangouts.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

This has helped me tremendously with remote meetings. It is also very convenient because it is connected to our Gmail accounts and Calendar, which helps keep things organized.
