What are the best aspects of this product?

Hangouts happens to be the simplest program for interaction. It can be utilized in a number of situations that its competitors couldn't do. I like how I can easily e-mail somebody a link. It's never difficult to take in part in a conversation.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

Hangouts is great. Although I was hoping it would be a bit simpler when it comes to sharing images and files while in the middle of a call. It'd be cool to have an SMS integration straight from my mobile device. It's better off than going through other apps for such services.
