What are the best aspects of this product?
Google Hangouts helps keep my connected with clients. It prevents me from typing formal e-mails to anyone. If I need to ask something, I can easily hop in and see if they're online. Then I message thing with whatever it is that I have in mind.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
I'm trying hard to pin-point anything negative with it. There was this one time when I made a call and I tend to hear myself echoing from the client's side. It was a distraction. We just hung up and re-dialed, and things went smoothly from there.
What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?
Hangouts was significant in assisting my day-to-day business operations. It keeps me in close contact with colleagues. Whenever I have something to inquire about, I no longer have to type up an e-mail. I simply send them a message.
