What are the best aspects of this product?

The system and the customer support staff are both excellent. We wanted a platform that allowed our staff to do their job in the store without spending a lot time in data entry. Sometimes, information would be inaccurate or lost because the employees were not able to remember all the details. GoSpotCheck software helps them to offer accurate data as they can categorize everything correctly.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

There are no visible minus points that I can lay my finger on.

GoSpotCheck helps us organize our data better, get specific info from our field agents, and we can also send relevant info to our teams. The user experience is easy which helps our employees to do useful analytical work in the store and solve business problems.
