Pros: The system and the customer support staff are both excellent. We wanted a platform that allowed our staff to do their job in the store without spending a lot time in data entry. Sometimes, information would be inaccurate or lost because the employees were not able to remember all the details. GoSpotCheck software helps them to offer accurate data as they can categorize everything correctly.
Cons: There are no visible minus points that I can lay my finger on.

Pros: The app is easy to use and offers top rate features. You can quickly assess vital data points remotely. You can get the data in a simple snapshot or you can download the info and manipulate it according to your needs. The customer support is responsive and prompt and the agents resolve all issues quickly.
Cons: The vendor has been very responsive and incorporated all our suggestions to enhance the solution. So, I don’t have any issues to point out.
