What are the best aspects of this product?

The app is easy to use and offers top rate features. You can quickly assess vital data points remotely. You can get the data in a simple snapshot or you can download the info and manipulate it according to your needs. The customer support is responsive and prompt and the agents resolve all issues quickly.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

The vendor has been very responsive and incorporated all our suggestions to enhance the solution. So, I don’t have any issues to point out.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

We use GoSpotCheck as a survey app to evaluate in-store pricing, promotions, and placements. We use the data thus received to boost shelf presence based on sales and brand facings, analyze promotional execution of brokers, and understand the importance of full brand presence.
