What are the best aspects of this product?
GoToConnect is very convenient to use. The drag-and-drop interface is easy to use and incredibly effective. Customer support and technical support are outstanding. Either in a phone conversation or an email service assistance. The GoToConnect employee takes extra care of its users. GoToConnect does not necessarily charge for additional expertise, like other VOIP services. Its value is clear. Their system is highly efficient, with no delays we've ever encountered. They do have HIPPA standard safety accessible.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
I want to see GoToConnect provide additional marketing and advertising solutions, such as messaging or phone conversation promotions with CRM process and prospect monitoring/automation. I also would like to see Keap / diverse technological combination.
What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?
We can manage different sites and companies in one system easily at a cheaper price compared to our previous provider. We've never experienced an unanswered call with GoToConnect.
