What are the best aspects of this product?
The sales agent was so very patient with our business even though there were multiple changes in the contract signing schedules. When we finally agreed to sign the papers, the still gave us two months free of charge! The staff was very helpful during the whole orientation procedure and helped us use the PBX app and all its features. They went into a variety of specifics about the Dial System but also made a good procedure/tips I can use later on! Their support staff has assisted us constantly whenever we experience difficulties, dealing professionally with us in the like of internet access issues in our new office and so forth.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
Most of the smartphones we got were unable to connect automatically to the DHCP server, which the technical assistance did not explain why some of our staff were unable to use our devices for 2 weeks hence were required to use their mobile phones to contact their customers.
What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?
GoToConnect has been very useful particularly at this difficult period. It has allowed our staff to use their mobile phone in calling clients on business hours without any hassle or issues.
