What are the best aspects of this product?
GoToConnect had already done a great job of helping our staff since we shifted off our former phone systems. I enjoy the visual application navigation system which can be direct to a different route from any device that is connected.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
I've was informed that somehow a service provider has service issues in their call lines again after split-ring.
What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?
Recently we set up new circular teams and schedule networking on the desktop. I work from several workplaces, and my updated version could even follow me through the platform, using the software I can use both the company phone and my mobile phone. I may scan my voicemail messages from the application rather than the dial on the telephone to the VM device. We provide unlimited loading for calls.
