GoToConnect for Corporate Correspondence

What are the best aspects of this product?

GoToConnect is a great VOIP system. Xlite or SoftPhone can be included to be used as well as in hardphone.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

I hope they also have their own user interface and smartphone software. It'smazing to have it with you while you're away. Voicemail is not the strongest thing, either. You have email files, therefore it will be awesome if you had a copy so you could just view it.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

We 're using GoToConnect with our telephone service. It can be used to do transactions both publicly and internally.
