What are the best aspects of this product?
GoToConnect is very simple to install, set up, and manage. It's a very highly effective software for communication that seamlessly substitutes our PBX platform. Customer support / Help Line personnel is awesome. They've been staying with us from the start until now. Every time we call and have a question, there is always somebody who's effective, optimistic, and skillful that assist us. Creating program improvements is very simple to learn the process, and the mobile application for the communication method is fantastic.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
That we weren't changing later. Seriously, even the application software can be somewhat hard to maneuver, but you could still get everything you want using the search tool and be patient to wait. Additionally, as with any VoIP program, if you have service provider/hardware problems, your GoToConnect provider is also disabled.
What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?
GoToConnect is a very simple, secure call managing and offers multiple channels for our clients to access employees who can better satisfy their expectations. Our clients have given thanks for our capability to direct phone calls and the convenience of hourly assistance.
