Great price, user friendly with outstanding customer service

What are the best aspects of this product?

The operating system is highly visual and readable. But for whatever is frustrating, I can have virtual support people to talk to me via the video call service. The quality of service is excellent. What's even great is how inexpensive every service is on a regular basis.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

The application of GoToMeeting may be a little challenging.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

I've got the auto-attendant already, which is highly flexible. tIt has greatly decreased the number of our automated telephone calls and lawyer's calls.
