What are the best aspects of this product?
We have experienced few issues with GTM but on the other side it is extremely easy to use and install. I like that there is an option for chat, share screens, toggle screen control, video chat and an ability to use the headset. Clients are happy for using this product and they have great experience with the meetings. I like that we can keep touch with our team while we work from home. Its support team is responsive and helpful.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
Sometimes the default meeting invite doesn’t allow using mic and headset, when this issue occurs we have to go back and adjust the settings or to start with other presenters.
