What are the best aspects of this product?
Once you learn how this program work everything becomes easy. GTM’s interface is easy to understand and everyone can use it.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
It takes some time to figure out how the settings work before doing the live-call, but I believe this is important step when you start using software you are not familiar with. What I don’t like is that whenever I run into some issue I cannot easily find the solution on their site and then I have to call the support team and they are not as strong as they should be. Also, I don’t like that the audience view is no longer present on Mac Version and we cannot even adjust the categories and to customize the look. In addition I have found that it can be really difficult to change the name in Mac Version. I believe they will solve these issues soon.
