What are the best aspects of this product?
GoToMeeting is easy to use software, fast and useful. It offers great set of features. I like the options to record the meetings, there are features for screen sharing and audio, screen drawing, VoIP and many others. I have to say that the call quality is perfect and everyone is using the VoIP even when someone is on the other side of the world.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
Sometimes the people cannot dial into the audio but cancelling the meeting and recreating it solves the problem. Also, the work of the software depends on the IT firewalls and some locations cannot use this software.
