Great product for providing meetings

What are the best aspects of this product?

I love the ability to save on travel costs by hosting own virtual meetings. This software provides lot of features so you can easily present, and other can even take control of the screen, mute attendees when the main part of the session is running and many other options. It really offers great set of problem-solving tools. We are able to provide after-the-fact records to our attendees or we cans end the records to those who have missed the meeting.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

In order to get the video out to those attending we need to restart the presentation, this doesn’t happens all the time and hopefully we don’t lose people because of this issue, but they can still work on this one.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

By performing online meetings in real-time, saves us lot of money and time. That’s why we use and will be using this product in the future.
