Great software for perfoming meetings with my customers

What are the best aspects of this product?

I use GoToMeetings few times a day, and as far as I can tell this is great tool for performing meetings and my clients can easily join them without problem or concern. They don’t have trouble when it comes to accessing. As a manager of large group this product is what I really need in order to keep everything and everyone updated and under control. I can easily send out to customers a link and I know that the link is shared among the others.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

I have found out that sometimes the software fails, or even the mic or speakers don’t work well, sometimes there is an echo sound. Sometimes we experienced lost calls or issue because of the sound quality. When I wanted to ask the support team to fix the problem I couldn’t find them. I hope they have improved their software since my last experience.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

I constantly perform meetings with my customers over GTM, everyone can access the meeting, it’s easy to manage and download. I love the video feature it allows us to work from different states and different countries without any problem. When performing meetings I really feel like I’m physically in the same room with my customers.
