What are the best aspects of this product?
GoToMeeting provides modern, responsive and intuitive interface. Its administration portal group functions are easy to use. I use all GoTo products (GoToMeeting, GoToWebinar and GoToTraining) all these are easy to use, intuitive and highly useful for our business’ needs. I love their integration with Seelt. When we migrated from Webex our users enjoy scheduling calls, video interaction and they don’t need to use emails or phone calls anymore.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
There is little to dislike, they could make the billing more granular. Also, I would like to break out individual costs without moving and mining same data.
What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?
I like that all our recording seasons are automatically converted to MP4 and it saves time for saving, embedding and replaying them. We are charged for on-demand video training, and this is very beneficial for us.
