What are the best aspects of this product?

GoToMeeting is great software to improve the collaboration with your team by performing conferences, sharing control, video meetings, interaction with others and many other things. There is even an option to record the whole session and to share it with anyone who wants to hear it or with someone wasn’t able to attend the session. Invitations are easy to send out, there is even great integration with Outlook so we can better manage all invites by using the calendar. Everyone can use and join the meetings, even those who are not tech-savvy.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

When the organizer of the meeting is not available, it would be great if we can start with the meeting without him/her, because it is really frustrating to switch to another meeting invitation or something in order to fix the problem.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

It helps us to improve the collaboration across multiple companies and businesses. Reduces the traveling costs and expenses because the meeting can be attended from your home or office. We can keep in touch, collaborate, share ideas even with those who live in other countries or continents.
