I cannot imagine my business running without GoToMeeting

What are the best aspects of this product?

Our company is based online, and this software is must have in our business, we have been using it for more than 5 years, we have also used other product but we prefer this one because it offers more intuitive interface and it is very easy to use. We have trouble when people want to join our meeting from different product there is no connection at all, I would be happy if everyone could use this one.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

In my opinion, they need to resolve the problem when people join the meeting via their phone. The person who want to join the meeting need to enter an audio PIN so their name can show, and the problem is that the attendees can’t easily find the PIN. They really need to work on this one.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

As I said before, our business is 100% online and performing meeting is number one for us. This product helps us to give presentations, pass off the screen sharing with other members, we can easily discuss on specific topic or issue. It’s really helpful for our business.
