What are the best aspects of this product?
GTM allows me to schedule individual meetings, send invitation with their template, I can check out my account so I can better see the meetings I have performed. The other good thing about the software is the reminders I get, thus, I can’t send invitation if everything is full. There is even mobile app to join the meeting or to log on my desktop. I can even schedule meetings for others and assign them as a leader so I can be free to leave the meetings without worrying that the attendees being kicked off.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
First of all, the platform is not as intuitive as it should be. Also, some people have told me that they couldn’t hear and see me due to the video and audio issues. Some video meetings are moved to a phone calls because some attendees couldn’t connect, and this happens quite frequently. The good thing is that I haven’t had some problems with the platform this last month, the conference and platform are running easily and I don’t have connectivity issues as before. In addition, the meeting cannot start without the leader, it would be great if the rest of the attendees log on and be ready for the meeting instead of waiting me and then adjusting their cameras and voice, this way we are wasting our time.

As a recruiter I perform meetings and interviews by using this software, and I can tell that is very useful for me.
