What are the best aspects of this product?

I’m using GTM for many years by now and I can surely say that I am very satisfied from this product and its offerings. The team behind this product continuously updates and upgrades the software and I can’t really complain about it. Sometimes my clients find difficult to manage the plugins but it’s not a problem at all since we can easily perform hundreds of meetings. Its customer team is responsive and they quickly provide responses.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

They need to improve the plugin for install. Also, I have found out that the Outlook plugins fails almost every month but I think that this could be Outlook’s problem.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

As someone who works from home I organize and perform my meetings online. I was searching for a solution that is reliable and beneficial for my company and there comes GTM with its high-quality audio and video and many other wonderful features. The failures I have experienced while performing meeting I think are due to the internet connectivity.
